Leisure Suite Larry

Leisure Suit Larry is the clever and original classic strategy game I used to play back when I was too young to appreciate it. Here you control Larry who is looking for love and scoring points in the cool night life, however, the only problem is that Larry is a self proclaimed loser and it is your job to change his luck with the ladies.
You start off with some cash in your pocket which you can possibly use for taxis and drinks etc.

You can also use your money to bet at the casino all in an attempt to obtain money and equipment for the ultimate goal - ladies! Be careful not to get beat up in the alley and try not to steal anything because it could lead to Larry's death!
It is a fun and strategic game which is not seen by today’s modern games which focus more on graphics rather than content. I spent a very long time looking for this game and have recently been enjoying the hell out of it! Even though I am still learning about it which is half the fun. Although there is some adult content, it is also suitable under the correct supervision and I would recommend this game and all its sequels to anyone who enjoys a game that involves a bit of strategy rather than straight out hit em up action, which is also a lot of fun. If you have enjoyed games such as Sims you will enjoy this, even though I enjoy this a little more than Sims.
It would be good if Sierra or any group would develop a new version of leisure suit Larry for today’s PCs given the advancements technology have added as long as it retains the cuteness and cleverness of the original Leisure Suit Larry. I have not clocked the game to date but I have read somewhere that this game is shorter than expected which would be disappointing but there are multiple ways of finishing the game given the different pathways you may complete. This game also reminds me of the classic Maniac Mansion which I played on the Nintendo Entertainment System and is one of my favourite games to date.
In short, the Leisure Suit Larry is a fun game that allows you to explore and interact with a virtual night life and it is a shame that games like this are not appearing to be created these days! There are not many games that I have played which is why I recommend you give this a solid try!
