The graphics are simple EGA style and sufficient for the game. The game seems to be silent. This game is similar to the old board games Trouble and Frustration and maintains the simple formula that made those two games successful. However, it's more fun to play in real life than on the computer. If you don't know Dutch, this game may confuse you.
