Danegours Dave is not a great game at all. Every time when I play this game it makes me think about games like Crystal Caves and Supaplex. That's why this game is not really one of my favourites.

The intention is to complete 10 levels. You can pick up ball's and diamonds, and in every level you have to pick up the crown. This will unlock the door, which allows you to go to the next level.
In the later levels are obstacles like monsters that shoot on you. Just pick up a gun and shoot them.

The graphics are not really good. The gameplay is very bad because there seems to be only a bit gravity, or is that because Dave is so dangerous that he can fly... Anyway, as I already said, this game is not a great game at all.

Ah, Dangerous Dave, how I love thee and the endless hours of entertainment that you have provided. Dangerous Dave is a simple platform game that has been enjoyed by hundreds of middle school students during their computer classes. While graphically the game is rather unimpressive, the seemingly endless hours of gameplay most definitely make up for its other flaws.
In the game you are challenged to guide our hero Dave through complex rooms and levels while collecting various treasures on the way which are often vital to your success. The rooms get progressively harder and more complex and can become extremely difficult. You will face many obstacles as you go, many of which are repeated multiple times in later levels. These hurdles can be as simple as trying not to fall into the lava or as complex as triggering numerous switches which either open a door or turn off a potentially deadly machine. The game continues to introduce more and more puzzles of increasing difficulty and complexity as you progress through it. While the simple design of the game may put off some players it will most assuredly entrance all others with its inexplicable lure and charm.
The game, for some strange reason unknown to man, is RIDICULLOUSLY addictive and will keep you playing for hours and hours until you realize that your short video game break has turned into a marathon of epic proportions that has left you with an empty stomach and numerous wrist and eye disorders. But despite all of this you feel an overwhelming sense of accomplishment and achievement. This pattern will most likely continue until you manage to finally finish the game (which I’m not even sure is possible) and move on to your next obsession.
I highly recommend this game because it is highly entertaining.
