Carmageddon, who never heard of this game. In this playable demo you can drive with two cars on just one circuit. But, it gives you a good feel of the game. You have to damage the other cars as much as possible. You can also kill people who are walking on the streets by driving over them.
The graphics are good, but they could have been better if you compare it to other games published in 1997.
The gameplay is good, so if you like cars and a cruel games, you could try this game.
Reviewer: varunrajg This is a beautiful game for people who like street racing and get crazy on public roads kind of stuff. You can choose between small cars to huge trucks and go crazy on the streets. There are bridges and stop lights and the good part is that all rules can be broken. It’s better to play this game when you want to get street crazy rather than go out on the street when you feel like doing so. All rules are broken, and you run into pedestrians crossing streets with dogs and other situations. You have a variety of vehicles to choose from and drive around. There are shops and market places that you can drive into, and your car literally never breaks down with how much ever damage you do to it or with it.
The graphics is kind of obsolete, but that does not matter. I like the big truck that you can use, and no matter what vehicle you use they will handle the same, and only differ in their levels of destruction. The smaller cars can be used to fly across bridges, and you can drive in a variety of places, like in shops, in glass showrooms, in the market, on the grass, on the bridge, fall in water, run into dogs etc.
It’s a really good action game to play when you get bored, and it is a stress reliever. When you feel like you are going to drive like a maniac, control yourself for a while, get home, get on to your computer, and start this game. Once you are done with some crazy driving and you do not want to do it any more, I bet you will drive much safer on the real street. I do not know if the game is advisable for kids because it has a few scenes that can depict bloodshed and some violence but I guess it can be a good teenage game.
The scene is set on city roads that look similar to any city downtown, with lots of stop lights, traffic and pedestrians. There are pretty women with dogs, old people on wheelchairs, people on bikes, motorcycles, and of course other cars. Some people can annoy you with their driving, and get on your way, but eventually the more you destroy the more points you make. You can switch cars, and use whichever suits you taste, and this is good for people who want to try out all cars to check out how much you can destroy with what vehicle. It’s basically a game about breaking normal driving rules. Must have!
