If you ever played Lemmings before, then Hamsters may look familiar. Pretty much the same concept as Lemmings, guide the hamsters to safety by making a path and assigning jobs to each of the hamsters.
The graphics are kind of shabby, but it may be worth a download if you like Lemmings.
Reviewer: ironman_300 The thrill and excitement courses through my veins as I find myself enticed by this game. The game known as hamsters combines the fun of any game with a little education.
When I first tried this game I found myself wanting to play it more. I probably could have played the game the whole day. Honestly, who can resist hamsters, any game with hamsters in it has to be fun, right.
In this epic thriller of a game you find you guide your hamsters to an endpoint with keeping them all alive. Of course there have been many other versions of this game but who can beat the classics.
You make your way through many obstacles that may seem impossible to humans, but for hamsters, it is a mere cake walk. You find a path to endpoint by assigning jobs to each of the hamsters, amazing and fun.
People have commented and usual said it was a great game, I never saw one bad review for this game.
Though the graphics may be terrible it is mainly played for its addicting fun. The graphics compare to that of Sega or super Nintendo graphics.
But the first time I played this game, I was enticed by the brilliance and almost originality of the game. It was of course another version of Hamsters called Lemmings, but that was before it. Also addicting games is hosting a game called meebilings. Similar concepts just different game play.
It intrigued me every step of the way as I continued thru each level, cautiously, carefully, thinking about each step that I make. I wanted to make sure the hamsters got to the endpoint. And as the gamer it is my job to do so.
But the first time I played it I was pretty terrible. I failed on multiple occasions, but on those occasions I have learned, which in the end had made me a better gamer.
As the true gamer I am, I have played countless games that were indeed prize worthy. Games from gears of war to kingdom hearts to metal gear solid and even the legend of Zelda. All were great games of the time. Hamsters, as outdated as it may be, was a good game of its time. And for that gets a 7 out of 10.
The old school still lives on through out the internet, never forget what it once was.
